+17th Annual O’Gorman Golf Classic:  Gather a team and
register for this event at Willow Run Golf Course on Friday,

+NAMIWalks 2008:  On Saturday, May 17th the National
Alliance of Mental Illness of SD is hosting a 2.8 mile walk to
benefit efforts related to mental illness.  No registration fee

participate!

Jessie DeGiorgio, aka “Mamarozzi”, a member of the
Communications Committee is creating amazing scrapbooks
for our parish.  She welcomes any photos or ideas that would
enhance the legacy this parish is creating as we travel our
journey of building a new church, parish and Education
Center.


+Benefit for St. Mary in Salem Custodian:  This benefit will be
held at Stewart’s School on Saturday, May 24th to assist
medical expenses for Tim Hentges, who is battling Non-
Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Activities include $5 haircuts, huge
rummage sale, bake sale, fine jewelry raffle and many other
raffle items, live music, fish pond for children, and great
food.  Activities are from 8:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. at 604 N West
Ave in Sioux Falls. (Tim has 4 sons, is a Scout leader and a
member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Salem). For more info

+Holy Spirit Rummage Sale and Bake Sale:   Please help
support our Youth Mission Trip. There is lots of everything-
big and small. You will find us in the gym by using the west
doors of the school at 3601 E Dudley Lane in Sioux Falls.

Please join us at the Planned Parenthood Clinic on the 1st, 10th,
and 15th of each month at noon to pray for an end to abortion. We
also pray there on the 25th of each month at 6:00 p.m. Prayer
makes a difference!
